Noah Garcia has begun his freshman year at Central Arizona College to work towards receiving a Philosophy degree. His dream is to explore Europe and other Eastern countries. He enjoys watching and sometimes analyzing movies, music and TV Shows. Creating and participating in philosophical and political discourse is his favorite pastime.
