Jasmin Dimas is a sophomore at Central Arizona College working towards an Associates of Science, she is planning to take that to NAU to pursue a bachelor's in Environmental Science with a minor in Journalism. She was born in the Midwest, hailing from corn country in South Sioux City, Nebraska then in 2009 found her way to Maricopa, Arizona. She enjoys volunteering with HandsOn Greater Phoenix and reading and digesting an innumerable amount of video essays and documentaries. With her admittance into this class and The Cactus she plans to use the skills harnessed this semester to possibly have a future career in investigative journalism.
