Here at Central Arizona College, athletes push themselves to run that extra mile or make that last shot before the buzzer rings. A variety of sports for men and women is offered at each campus, such as men and women’s basketball, softball, baseball, rodeo, track and field, and men and women’s cross country.

Over the years, CAC has gained numerous awards and achievements. Don’t take my word for it, go see it for yourself. Take a stroll in the gym and see dozens of banners hanging on the walls or walk past the trophy case located in the M building. Men’s Cross country alone has seven consecutive top three finishes at national competitions. In May of 2017, the Vaqueras Softball team won two games at Nationals in St. George, Utah.

Most sports offered at CAC are held at the Signal Peak campus, and this is where the home games take place. In the table listed, the date and time of the first home game is shown for each sport.

As we continue into the 2017-2018 academic year, Central Arizona College will prove they are a force to be reckoned with.
